Samsung Unlocked S23 Lineup Smartphones With Advanced Camera & Gaming Features

Samsung's new Galaxy S23 smartphone lineup was launched on Wednesday. The S23 series will compete with Apple's iPhone 14 which was launched in September.

Samsung claims that the Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 200-megapixel adaptive sensor. This sensor combines 16 pixels to create one larger pixel, allowing for brighter shots in low light settings.

Samsung also highlighted the new device's gaming capabilities, claiming that users will be able play longer due to its more powerful battery. The S23 Ultra has a massive 5,000 mAh (or milliampere-hour) battery. S23 Plus and S23 have 4,700 mAh and 3900 mAh batteries, respectively.

Talking about the price Galaxy S23 Ultra will start at $1,199.99 with storage capacity options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Galaxy S23+ will start at $999.99 with 256 GB and 512 GB storage options. Galaxy S23 will start at $799.99 in 128GB and 256GB variants.

Pre-orders of the Galaxy S23 Series are now open. They are available from February 1, 2023 to February 16, 2023. Pre-orders of Galaxy S23 devices are eligible to receive a free storage upgrade. Customers who order and purchase from Samsung.com will be eligible for a $100 Samsung Credit. This promotion is only available for a short time. 

The company also revealed its new Galaxy Book3 laptop lineup, which includes a third Ultra model with an AMOLED 16-inch display.

The Galaxy Book 3 Pro will start at $1,450 and will be available in Graphite & Beige in both the 14-inch and 16 inch versions. The 16-inch Book 3 Pro 360 is priced at $1,900 and the 16-inch Book 3 Ultra costs at least $2,400.
