Invest in business complexity analysis tools. Thus, the IT area will be able to realize how data moves throughout the organization, enabling the creation of a modernization strategy. That’s really the key. That’s what decreases the failure risk.

2. Prefer projects according to business value

You have identified some systems that need an update. So wherefrom to start?
