If you have an existing Apple pay account, then tap the + symbol in the top right-hand corner of the wallet app on your iPhone.
Here, you’ll need to either take a photo of the card that you want to use with Apple Pay or you can enter your card details manually. Once you have a debit card or credit card connected to your Apple Pay Wallet, you can use it at Target.
Double-click the Button on Your Phone. Here, you have to push twice or “double-click” the button on the right outside edge of your iPhone. Next, you need to use the payment terminal, to complete all the processes for your items. Doing this process, you must hold your iPhone over the payment terminal with your Apple Wallet open on your iPhone. If you have done it correctly, your payment should automatically process with your debit card or credit card associated with your Apple Wallet.
Here, the main thing you have to keep in mind is that once you’ve scanned all your items then you can pay, you have to select to use the card ready to make your payment.
Once you have done that, you’ll have to double-click the button on the side of your phone to open your Apple Pay and hold it over the payment terminal.
If everything is done correctly, your payment should start processing nearly immediately.
The process you have to Apple Pay at Target store-
1. Visit the check-out counter with all the products that you want to purchase.
2. Open your Apple device and use Face ID/Touch ID to validate your identity.
3. Select the card that you want to use at the check-out counter.
4. Every Target Store will have a contactless reader, which will scan for purchase and automatically occur.
You can use Apple Pay to purchase items on the Target website. Although, you have to use an Apple device such as an iPhone or iPad and use the Safari browser to visit the Target website.
Otherwise, if you access the Target website using Google Chrome, the option to use Apple Pay at checkout will be unavailable.
You can use Apple Pay to purchase items using the Target App on your Apple device. At checkout, you will get the option to use Apple Pay by simply clicking on the Apple Pay button.
It is safe to use Apple Pay at Target as it is anywhere else. You should always take precautions and use your best judgment if you use any payment service including Apple Pay.
There are no fees for using Apple Pay at Target or anywhere else that accept Apple Pay for that matter.
