My personal thought:

To obtain healthy skin you just need to concentrate on your food habits. Enjoy fruits and vegs as much as you can, I mean give priority to salads and fruits than fast food. Add banana to your daily diet, it helps to take out toxins out of our body. Take a sleep of 8hours, stress less. Sweat is also helpful to throw out toxins out of your body so do excercise.

Also start regular use of cucumber in breakfast and lunch.

Drink water at least 12 glasses a day, cover face to ignore dust and sun while going out.
