Habits, yes everyone has habited some bad and some good. Habits are the basis of who we are as a person and as a professional. You are the creation of your daily habits, good and bad.

1. Things that are taken personally

Most of the time, people are not pointing to hurt you. Whatever happens around you, don’t take it personally. Other people nothing to do is because of you So, relax.

All people have their own life own dreams, own responsibility, they have completely different world from you. We are all social human beings; some are connected with us and some are not.

A lack of connection with someone does not mean that they hate you. Therefore, you shouldn’t take it personally. This is a common bad habit that drain your energy daily.

2. Tensed about what people said

As, I said we are social human beings, we are spending more time thinking about what people said, if I did this. How much people actually like you, care of you; it is not only waste of time and also an emotionally bad habit that drain your energy daily.

So, didn’t tense about what people said, assume that everyone said about you good things and good talks and move on. You feel much batter and you have more positive energy.

3. Overstress

Most of our stress is because we are not present at the moment. We are either worried about the future or still stuck in the past, we don’t live in present and this is the reason behind our overstress.

If we truly live or enjoy our present then, we will not feel any stress. This is a common bad habit and everyday habits that drain your energy.



4. More or less sleep

We are human beings; we need break from our work. We all have to sleep. Sleeping can no.1 energy booster for us. Sleeping is a great rest for a healthy life. When you don’t get enough sleep, your body is weaker because you only have half of your energy and This is a common bad habit that drain your energy daily.

So, take a proper or enough nap, no more and no less means a minimum of 6-7 hours is required to renew your body and mind.

5. Communication with poisonous people

No matter how much you try to help people, you’ll still receive complaints and negative energy by poisonous or negative people. Therefore, try to communicate yourself with positive people, and avoid the poisonous people.

This is a common bad habit that drain your energy daily. Don’t believe everything you hear – even in your own mind. Break this negative habit. Talk about your joys, your loves, and your dreams.

6. Negativity

If you are negative you are not a part of the solution, you are a part of the problem. You are not only draining your energy, you’re draining your colleagues’ energy, the workplace’s energy, your friends’ and family’s energy, etc.

This is a common bad habit that drain energy daily and ruin your life slowly. It is not creative, so try and focus on the positive. Always surrounded with positive people and try to communicate with them and consult your problems or negativity.

7. Trying to happy others and Forget about yourself

You will never happy everyone, so it’s best to just try and happy yourself.Spending too much time on satisfying others will cost you so much time and energy in your life. This habit is not good for your health, because you forget yourself. This is common bad habit that drain your energy regularly.

If do it continually then you regret on this and said yourself that “I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me.”So, stop doing this and enjoy your life with your happiness.Do what you love, and you’ll have more energy.

8. Don’t stuck in past and don’t think about future

Many peoples thinking about bad things that could happen in the future, or they are stuck in the past, spending their energy on negative happenings that they can’t change anyway. They don’t live in present.

This is common bad habit that drain your energy regularly.Thinking about the future can be a powerful tool to motivate yourself and attract what you desire. Thinking about past, we can’t change what previously happened, so letting go and it is the smartest and most effective thing to do.

9. Stop complaining all the time

We are all human beings, and all of us are facing negative situations.If you want to complain, you will find negative parts of your life all the time. Nobody likes to be around someone who continually complains and spreads negativity about others.

This is common bad habit that drain your energy regularly and present you negative in front of others.Take action or focus on the present moment by existence grateful for everything that you have in your life.
